1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment center within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (AWST) will be processed starting on the following business day.
  • High-Volume Periods: During holiday seasons, major promotional sales events, or unexpected supply chain disruptions, processing times may extend up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.
  • Address Verification: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If our system detects an incomplete address, processing will be paused until we verify the details with you via email (liryn@atradagroup.com).

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

We partner with reliable regional and international courier services to offer flexible delivery options. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard domestic shipping on orders exceeding a specific promotional threshold (visible on our homepage banner during active campaigns).

International Shipping (Worldwide)

We ship to most countries globally. Delivery timeframes vary greatly depending on local customs handling and regional carrier speeds:

  • Standard International: 10 to 21 business days.
  • Expedited International: 5 to 10 business days.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by couriers and are not guaranteed. Remote regional areas may require additional transit days.


3. Order Tracking

We believe transparency is key to an excellent shopping experience.

  • Tracking Notification: Once your package is handed over to the courier, an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Activation Delay: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the shipping courier to update the initial tracking details online after the package leaves our warehouse.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders shipped outside of Australia:

  • Customer Responsibility: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Fees and Tariffs: Orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country once the shipment arrives. All such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Refusal of Packages: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the courier will abandon or return the package. In such cases, the original shipping costs and any return fees charged to us will be deducted from your eventual refund.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

We ensure that all items are packed securely to withstand transit. However, anomalies can happen.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately. Report the issue to our support team at liryn@atradagroup.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Stolen or Missing Delivered Packages

If your tracking status indicates “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check around your property, porch, mailbox, and with neighbors.
  2. Contact the local courier service immediately using your tracking number.
  3. We are not liable for packages stolen after a successful confirmed delivery by the courier.

Unclaimed or Wrong Address Returns

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because it went unclaimed at a local post office, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers: Certain bulk items or express couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or automated parcel lockers. We will contact you if a physical street address is required.
  • Restricted Regions: Due to logistics limitations or international trade sanctions, we may be unable to ship to specific countries or war zones. If we cannot fulfill your order due to geographical restrictions, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund immediately.
